Tomato Vegetable Soup
Ingredients: Beef (1 pound), Tomato (6), Tomato Sauce (1 can), Potato (2), Carrot (1), Celery, Minced Garlic, Cabbage, Bay Leaf (2), Cauliflower
1) Prepare all of the vegetables (clean, peel & dice them into small chunks)
2) Place the chunks of beef in a pot with 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil.
3) Add the diced tomato, celery, carrots, onion, potato, and minced garlic to the pot and let it boil.
4) Once the vegetables begin to be cook, add the cabbage, cauliflower, bay leaf and the tomato sauce.
3) Season with salt!
